15.2 Mediation and Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place in California. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding.

Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual-property rights.
